Franklin is described by Norwood and Dr. Harmond as a lab assistant. Franklin does not dispute that he came to be involved with the light project as a lab assistant, but he is developing (perhaps as a result of therapy) a rebellious attitude towards the experiments going on in the lab. He is obsessed with three dimensional image making, and believes that Norwood has an incomplete vision of the importance of light in creating spaces. His ideas while scientifically and perceptually flawed, are intriguing in terms of the psychology of the system that we call Norwood Funk. |
